TRADITIONAL WORK

My traditional paintings are generally painted on board and presented in wide, black, hand finished frames with a gold slip - see the picture of 'Pears' and 'Quails' Eggs' below.

However, recently I have been working on thick paper and framing them as I do my contemporary work - float mounted in elegant black or off-white, box frames - giving the painting a special and precious feel. These paintings fit beautifully into both modern and traditional homes. 'Plums on Paisley Cloth' and 'Pomegranates with Black Knife' are shown below.

I am about to start work on a new range of these works which includes paintings in sets of twos and threes. Please contact me if you would like me to send you images.

I include a lot of sold work on this page as an archive. Prices range from £950 for a small simple painting to £3,000 for larger and more complicated work.
